In order to further strengthen the company's safety measures, enhance the fire safety awareness of all employees, and improve their emergency response capabilities to fire incidents, adhering to the principle of "safety first, prevention foremost" and the people-oriented approach, a routine fire drill was organized in the afternoon of November 13th at the company's headquarters factory area. The drill included two main components: "emergency evacuation" and "fire extinguishing".

At 15:00 in the afternoon, the drill officially commenced with the sounding of the simulated fire alarm system. All departments promptly cut off power and methodically organized employees to evacuate through the designated emergency evacuation routes on each floor of the factory area to the specified zones. Upon reaching the designated areas, they reported the evacuation status of their departments to the commanding officer via telephone.

Subsequently, Wu Wunan, the safety officer, explained the emergency response procedures for fire scenes, the principles of fire extinguisher usage, and related precautions. He also demonstrated the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants. After attentively listening to the instructions, employees personally experienced the process of on-site fire extinguishing. Faced with a fiercely burning fire, everyone remained remarkably composed, skillfully following the steps and methods of fire extinguishing to successfully and swiftly quell the thick smoke and flames caused by gasoline. They demonstrated the ability to calmly handle sudden incidents and quickly extinguish fires according to fire safety standards. Finally, under the guidance of the directing personnel, everyone left the open area in an orderly manner, marking the successful conclusion of the drill.

Through this escape, self-rescue, and fire extinguishing skills drill, the employees' fire safety awareness was significantly enhanced. Everyone gained a deeper memory and understanding of the essentials of fire evacuation and the coordination required in unexpected situations, as well as a more profound appreciation for the aspects of protecting their own safety. This drill also further tested the safety facilities at Haishang headquarters and established a robust team of evacuation guides, adding a protective barrier and safety net for unforeseen and sudden disaster incidents in the future.
